The Role
Join Us as a Senior Tax Analyst – Indirect Tax
Location: Poznań (Hybrid)
Working Hours: 9:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00 CET
Are you a tax professional ready to take your expertise global? We’re looking for a Senior Tax Analyst to join our international team and play a key role in managing indirect tax operations across the US, Canada, UK, Poland, Ireland, Spain, and France.
This is a hybrid role based in Poznań, giving you the flexibility to work from home while staying connected with your team in the office.

The Main Responsibilities
General Ledger Reconciliations
- Prepare general ledger account reconciliations for indirect tax accounts
- Analyze account balances and activity to identify trends, variances, and potential issues
- Prepare, support, and submit journal entries to clear accounts
- Periodically review transaction mapping to ensure entries are made to the correct accounts
Indirect Tax Compliance
- Review, analyze, and compare billed tax and revenue data for both in-house and outsourced indirect tax returns
- Prepare, file, and pay indirect tax returns for North America (US and Canada) and EMEA (Ireland, Poland, Spain and UK).
- Review, research, and respond to tax notices and inquiries
- Support other indirect tax (VAT) compliance across Europe, Canada and APAC.
Administrative Requests
- Look for initiatives that create efficiencies and cost savings by improving systems or methods both within and outside the Tax Department.
- Assist in preparing various reports including tax and revenue reports
- Other duties as assigned
What We Look For in a Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or related.
- Strong technical working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems, Vertex, and billing systems.
- Technical knowledge of US indirect
- Technical knowledge of VAT
- Minimum 3 years indirect tax experience or the equivalent in training and education (e.g. Chartered Accountant, CPA or Masters in Tax).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to successfully communicate within tax group and with other organizations.
- Organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks.
- Proficient Microsoft Excell skills
