Summary of Role:
The Project Manager will oversee multiple strategic projects end-to-end in the HR portfolio.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple project plans aligned with PM methodology, tools and practices resulting in timely delivery and successful, strategic outcomes
- Report out on project statuses, risks, and dependencies via standard tools and processes, through set forums
- Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders and leadership to gather input and feedback while fostering a supportive environment
- Analyze data to generate insights for planning, prioritization and decision-making including resource allocation
- Serve as Clarity super user to champion expanded usage of technology as well as other tools to drive for efficiency and simplification in how work gets done
- High level of interaction with internal stakeholders
- High level of impact to ensure projects run smoothly to deliver required strategic outcomes on-time
- High level of influence around change management of the expanded PMO roadmap for stakeholders.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
- Education –
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience –
- Experience: 3-5 Years of project management experience
- Experience working on HR projects preferred
