Job description

Role

The Residences Relations Executive assists the Residences sales team with lead management, and sales and marketing administration involving the departments various Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools. Performs a variety of tasks including but not limited to, support with planification of new developments, client relationship management, liaising with the developers and architects, preparing corporate reports, client presentations and investor packets, and budgeting support. 

Responsibilities

  • Serves a liaison between Aman Residences buyer prospects and Residences Sales Team.
  • Manage any incoming sales leads and administer associated non-disclosure documents.
  • Scheduling calls and meetings between buyer prospects and appropriate Residences Sales Team member.
  • Coordinate with Residential Sales and Marketing Coordinator in Americas to ensure complete coverage across global time zones. 
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations regarding corporate and marketing reports.
  • Coordinate with Aman Private Office for Residence Owner booking requests and benefit fulfilment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-starter ability to work with little direct supervision.
  • Capable of working under pressure and with various stakeholders.
  • Able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Sensitive to cultural nuances.
  • Positive and engaging personality.
  • Very high attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Proficiencies in Salesforce, PowerPoint and Excel.
