Must have:
  • 2+ years sourcing in fast paced high volume company
  • Focus in one of the following skill-sets: Marketing, Program Manager, Sales Executives
  • Experience working reqs from intake with hiring manager to delivering On-site
  • Support Client's commitment to building a workforce that represents all diverse perspectives and experiences.
  • Partner with leadership teams to surface blockers to success and create/ execute creative solutions to drive progress in hiring.
  • Cultivate internal and external partnerships that increase awareness of the brand to attract top talent both within Client and across the entertainment industry.
  • Champion innovation that creates a mutually beneficial ROI for the business and the recruiting organization.
  • Utilize a variety of recruiting methods to deliver against business critical hiring demands and attract top talent.
  • Influence business leaders through a partnership built on trust and advocacy
  • Must sit near following locations: LA, San Fran, Chicago, NYC, Arlington, Nashville, Denver, Boulder
