Job Summary
The Commission Processer role is responsible for processing or approving commission statements, completing analysis of statement and payouts This position is part of the Commissions Department which is responsible for the payment to external agents and agencies.
Primary Responsibilities:
Follow company processes in ensuring no statement is processed prior to being Matched/Reconciled.
Assumes responsibility for administering the full commission process.
Downloads, receives, formats, imports, and verifies commission reports.
Reconciles commission payouts and audit log to JE.
Provides customer service to agents via phone, email, and in person as necessary.
Assumes responsibility for various cross-training assignments.
Assumes responsibility for miscellaneous duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Follow all departmental and company policies and procedures.
Primary Skills & Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
One year of customer service experience and/or data entry experience.
Excellent computer skills, with advanced skill in Microsoft Excel.
Good attention to detail.
Good analytical skills.
Able to work at a fast pace.
Professional communication skills, email and verbal.
Ability to operate related computer applications and other business equipment including email, copy machine, scanner, fax machine, and telephone.
Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Must be able to pass monthly OIG/SAM Exclusion List checks and annual compliance trainings.
1+ years of data processing experience.
