Valeo Wiper Systems Plant in Skawina specializes in the design, manufacturing, painting and assembly of wiper blades, arms and mechanisms. Additionally, in 2013 production of motors for wipers has began. Plant’s main activity is supported by a modern research and development center which is currently employing about 100 staff members

Currently for Valeo Wiper Systems in Skawina we recruit a Customer Service Contact

Your challenges:

  • Recognize and manage all demands for products from customers by driving Sales and operation plan and Master  production Schedules

  • Upon reception of Customer schedules (via EDI, webEDI or paper), ensure that Customer requirements are integrated into the system and all integration errors are dealt with and resolved; entering closed orders into the system;

  • Identify & highlight large order variations between customer schedules / schedules  and firm orders, ensuring that data have been accurately provided by the customer;

  • Management and ordering of finished products returnable packaging using appropriate Customer systems;

  • On a regular basis as well as on Customer requests, communicate complete, precise & reliable information to Customer representatives;

  • Managing returns of goods from the Customers following standard process;

  • Management and clarification of debit notes issued by Customers: leading disputes with Customers and incident-related action plans;

  • Coordination of potential customer short supply situations with all relevant functions (sales, production, supply chain, quality, etc.). Necessary monitoring of the flow of finished products from Valeo to Customers in risky situations.

  • Identify the blocking points and plan appropriate quick actions to solve them

Requirements:

  • Higher education;

  • 1-3 years of experience in similar position;

  • Experience in Supply Chain management in international environment;

  • Experience in production company will be an asset;

  • Very good command of English; 

  • Knowledge of SAP will be an asset;

  • Teamwork spirit and ability to cope with stress.
