Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred, or equivalent relevant business experience.
2+ years' experience in software development and software development practices or equivalent experience.
Working knowledge of FINEOS.
Programming languages such as Java.
Experience in ServiceNow and incident management is a plus.
Troubleshoot and fix issues on the FINEOS platform related to FMLA and STD, identifying root causes.
Good oral and written communication skills to collaborate with internal teams.
Logical, analytical approach to problem solving with attention to detail.
Knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies.
Strong focus on quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
Ability to work effectively within a team and with diverse backgrounds.
