Execute on-time delivery of large scale and strategic client implementations while leading your team to successfully manage all stages of the implementation cycle, including discovery process review, data migration, configuration, testing, integrations, and deployment for our SaaS solutions for Association clients.

This role: You will be successful in this role if you…
BA/BS degree a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a SaaS implementation environment with 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience working with AMS, ERP, CRM, or similar systems engagements.
Proven track record leading SaaS implementations. PMP Certification or equivalent is strongly desired.
Skilled at enabling teams to meet organizational objectives and achieve high client satisfaction ratings.
Have an aptitude for developing software expertise, managing people, and building relationships with happy clients. Exhibit a strong EQ and positive executive presence, having worked with C-level decision makers to align with their organizational priorities and manage client escalations.
Take initiative in driving process improvement, efficiency, quality, and positive client experience in a growing organization.

Compensation $95,000 - $130,000 USD Annually This reflects the base salary range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on factors such as performance, skills, certification, and experience.
