Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships in the DACH region.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and renewals within a defined customer portfolio.
  • Address customer inquiries and needs, coordinating with various stakeholders.
  • Generate progress reports and update opportunities in the CRM system.

Transform yourself and take responsibility for…

  • Managing and growing the existing business relationships, and making it grow with cross-selling and upselling activities with a clearly defined set of existing customers based in Europe;
  • the identification of cross-selling, upselling, and renewal opportunities;
  • responsible for a defined customers portfolio within the DACH area;
  • taking inquiries and requests from customers and addressing their needs;
  • engaged with different stakeholders daily (e.g., Logistics, IT, procurement, senior management);
  • generating progress reports, keeping each opportunity up-to-date in the CRM system. 

You are ready if you have…. 

  • 4+ years of experience in the role, selling logistics and/ or Logistics SaaS solutions;
  •  proven successful track record of exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback;
  •  a farmer but also a HUNTER  mentality to execute a suitable and feasible plan to grow revenue with key accounts in your territories;
  • the ability to work conceptually and connect quickly with new people and build trust and rapport easily;
  • Proficiency in English and German is mandatory
