Job description

NN Digital Hub is a subsidiary company of Nationale Nederlanden Group located in Madrid, Spain. We deliver IT services and solutions for the different international Business Units from Nationale Nederlanden Group.

On this occasion, we look for Project Management Officer to join the team to be a supporter of change.

Your impact at NN: what you´ll do

As a Project Management Officer within the NN Digital Hub for IT Strategy, Architecture & Portfolio Management department, you support the Program Managers of the IT Simplification program in their work. In addition you also provide ad hoc support to the Portfolio Manager. The start date of this assignment is 15 August 2025 and the duration is for one year.

As a PMO within this department, you are responsible for a variety of tasks. Your first priority is to ensure that the Program Managers are supported in carrying out their tasks, in this case in particular the IT Simplification program. A such, you are responsible for:

Ensuring planning and timely reporting on the coherence, progress and goals of the program.
Assisting with strategic topics by analyzing and developing presentations, datasheets, advanced data analysis and reports.
Creating or contributing to the preparation of strategic updates/decision-making to inform stakeholders such as the MT Group IT and the CIO Board about the progress of the program.
Organizing event planning and organization.

Strong communication / collaboration skills and analytical skills; excellent communication skills in English are essential for this role.
Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT environment. You think and act at an academic level and have preferably a Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or similar and you are fluent in English, reading, speaking and writing
You understand the complexity of the environment and have satisfied stakeholders.
