Job Description & Summary

A career in Human Resources, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to make a difference at PwC by helping to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people. You’ll focus on helping the local offices in driving the Firm’s people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm wide success in the marketplace.

In this exciting new role supporting a newly established and growing business, you will participate in planning and executing activities that will contribute to enhancing the overall employee experience aligned to our People Value Proposition. You will also work to execute the branding strategy and deliver branding materials across a wide range of platforms.

In your People Experience role: 

  • Support major annual People Experience initiatives for AC KL that require regular in-person interactions with various stakeholders. Initiatives encompass those that cover employee well-being, engagement and integration 

  • Co-lead the administration and analysis of annual people surveys and its results and work with Talent Consultants to formulate action plans 

  • Represent AC KL in attending all AC Employee Experience meetings alongside reporting Manager 

  • Responsible in monitoring the People Initiatives budget and updating guidance documents regarding this when necessary 

  • Lead administrative People Experience tasks such as raising and maintaining tickets for procurement and facilities, trackers for post-onboarding programs, guardian of official AC KL merchandise and more 

 

In the areas of People Experience and Corporate Sustainability  

  • Link AC activities with PwC MY activities to ensure positive impact for AC KL people 

  • Where possible, include PwC MY activities to supplement and provide a Malaysian experience 

 

Branding  

  • Execute MY branding strategy for AC KL  

  • Understand AC KL branding material needs  

  • Produce branding and recruitment marketing materials (e.g. flyers, social media posts, info session decks)

Preferred Skils 

  • Experience managing large projects with multiple stakeholders 

  • Ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) and partner with key stakeholders to help influence and advance project agenda 

  • Must be highly organised; have ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to prioritise multiple tasks, keep key partners informed and engaged as appropriate, and meet deadlines independently 

  • Must have event planning and webinar production experience 

  • Strong MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) skills 

  • SharePoint design experience preferred 

  • Experience with offsites, which may include the facilitation of ice breakers or team building event 

 

Minimum years experience required 

  • Open to entry-level candidates or individuals with up to one year of experience.
