About the Role
Mirai RiskTech is looking for an experienced IT Specialist to join our growing IT team. This role will support IT operations across both the U.S. and Mexico, contributing to infrastructure, systems management, and end-user support. Reporting to the IT Manager, the IT Specialist will work closely with the global IT and HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding, technology alignment, and operational excellence.
 
Key Responsibilities 
  • Provide technical support to end users via our ticketing system.
  • Manage and maintain IT asset inventory (hardware and software, internal and external).
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including hardware provisioning and account setup.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and Windows operating systems.
  • Replace and maintain IT hardware components as needed.
  • Collaborate with global IT and cybersecurity teams to align with corporate policies, processes, and compliance standards.
  • Maintain and administer Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Intune.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to support automation and operational efficiency.
Your profile
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field. Proof of academic credentials and professional license number required.
  • English proficiency: B2 level (required).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT roles.
  • Strong technical knowledge of:
    1. Microsoft Windows operating systems
    2. Microsoft Intune
    3. Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
    4. Microsoft Active Directory
    5. PowerShell scripting
    6. Security policies and compliance
    7. Hardware diagnostics and repair
    8. Software deployment and installation
