The Junior Consultant will assist clients in implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions and supporting their existing deployments.  They will work within the Transparity Dynamics team to assist in project implementations as well as handle support requests.
What you'll be delivering
  • Understand client business processes and requirements, and recommend solutions based on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement capabilities.
  • Design, configure, and customise Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions to meet client needs, using best practices and industry standards.
  • Customer Engagement solutions include, but are not limited to, Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing & Customer Service workloads.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of project tasks and milestones.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or queries related to Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement capabilities and features, and recommend enhancements to clients where appropriate.
  • Actively participate in knowledge sharing and contribute to the development of best practices, tools, and methodologies.
We think you'll be successful in this role if you have some of the following
  • Proven experience designing and implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, especially in Cloud/Online environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights modules, with bonus points for Omnichannel/Contact Centre exposure.
  • Skilled in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365, including workflows, business rules, and custom entities.
  • Familiarity with Power Apps (modular and canvas-based) and Azure DevOps is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid grasp of project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall) and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate) and a degree in a relevant field are preferred.
