Job description

In this role you will:
  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers within the senior management and executive teams of prospective accounts.
  • Drive sales cycles, including prospecting activity, opportunity qualification, development and piloting, negotiating and closing sales, driving upsells and cross-sells
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and technical teams to align go-to-market efforts
  • Deliver appropriate presentations on products/services, conducting meetings with clients and strategic partners
  • Keep CRM accurate and updated, provide reliable forecasts for managing projects
  • Collaborate with internal product teams and provide feedback from the field to help shape future development
We’re looking for a person who has:
  • 2+ years of B2B selling experience in industries such as banking, insurance, large telecommunications, and major B2C companies, with a focus on call center automation and customer service sales
  • Experience in prospecting, qualifying, cold-calling companies, as well as building high-level business relationships from initial contact to deal closure
  • Ability to understand customer needs and present strong value propositions
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • High self-motivation and a proactive, ambitious mindset
  • Excellent analytical skills – ability to interpret client data, market insights, and performance metrics to drive strategic decisionsMonitor market trends and proactively identify new business opportunities
  • Native German and advanced English language skills
