Job description

 

Responsibilities

·                Conduct user research to gain a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors

  • Design end-to-end experience journeys that meet customer needs and business goals
  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria to inform product development
  • Design and plan user testing to validate design decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business and technical requirements
  • Develop and maintain design documentation and design systems
  • Enable and coach teams on the practice of service design


Requirements

Skills:

·                Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and design thinking

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
  • Experience with user research methods and analysis
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

 

Experience level:

9-12 years experience in the role of Service Designer

 

Duration: 27 weeks

Travel : Middle East ;Yes (occassional travel for key events like a workshop)

Work model : Hybrid
