Total Performance Coach

PRIMARY PURPOSE:  To assist department management on identifying and interpreting trends, areas of concern and opportunities by participating in the audit process and collaborating with department management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participates in the quality program including local office file audits using the Compass tool.
  • Assists in modifying, revising, and updating the content of existing training programs.
  • Participates in colleague coaching, mentoring and group training as needed.
  • Presents audit results to local, regional and national management as requested.
  • Assists total performance management team in coordinating and implementing Sedgwick business unit (SBU) and national quality initiatives at the local and/or SBU level.
  • Collaborates with internal training team on instructional design, development and certification of effective training programs.
  • Evaluates the department’s existing training and educational programs and provides feedback on ways to enhance or replace existing programs.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Supports the organization's quality program(s).
  • Travels as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.  Associate in Claims (AIC), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), or Associate in Risk Managementor (ARM) certifications preferred.

Experience

Six (6) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.  Three (3) years of claims management experience at an advanced technical level, two (2) years of auditing experience and two (2) years of service with the company preferred.

As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $58,000 - $60,000 annual salary. A comprehensive benefits package is offered including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, 401k and matching, PTO, disability and life insurance, employee assistance, flexible spending or health savings account, and other additional voluntary benefits.
