Senior Drop Ship Vendor Compliance Specialist

The Opportunity

The Sr. Drop Ship Vendor Compliance Specialist is responsible leading the Drop Ship Direct Returns program. The Sr. Specialist partners to uphold vendor direct returns guidelines, with the end customer in mind. You will report to the Senior Manager of Drop Ship Fulfillment and work remotely with quarterly travel.

Your Impact

• Produce and maintain our Direct Return Program guidelines, to aid vendors in their compliance with program requirements
• Review vendor performance and partnership with Drop Ship Operations to address issues of non-compliance
• Complete chargebacks in a timely fashion, following Accounting standards; provide backup data to vendors.
• Develop and initiate process improvements for the end to end direct returns program
• Partner with Merchandising to grow the program and onboard additional vendors to the program; partner with Dropship Vendor Development Team to onboard new dropship vendors to the program.

What You Bring

• 3+ years experience in vendor management, Supply Chain, analytics, or merchandising functions
• 2+ years experience with Tableau, MicroStrategy, SQL, and SAP
• B.S degree in related field or equivalent experience
