Job description

What You Will Achieve

  • Responsible for Pfizer Hospitals Supply availability report and coordination with FDA and multiple internal stakeholders and over 200 Field Facing colleagues

  • Responsible for driving strategic pull through of Portfolio’s strategy with the sales force through customer targeting files.

  • Translate business strategies into operational plans with aligned objectives, and outcomes across the SI portfolio.

  • Provide operational support and data management for all Sales Facing systems, sales reporting, IC.

  • Responsible for all aspects of sales operations including SFA systems, Sales Reporting, IC

  •  Provide operational support to Hospital sales teams.

  •  Ensure that sales reporting and CRM platforms are meeting business strategy requirements.
     

Lead/manage critical initiatives:

  • Manage large scale programs/projects to successful completion.

  • Manage sustainable change.

  • Be a thought partner with commercial portfolio leaders on driving strategy with customer facing colleagues.

     

How You Will Achieve It

  • Responsible for managing Pfizer Hospitals Supply Availability Reporting for all external Hospital customers and internally for over 200 Field Facing and Headquarter colleagues.

  • Manage all source data inputs to supply and coordinate with PGS, Supply planners, customer care, and US Hospital marketing team to convey an accurate picture of products supply status and GPO supply programs.

  • Improve wholesaler allocation process through transparency within the availability report

  • Manage external vendors time, cost, and communication to enhance and implement supply transparency strategies

  • Responsible for external supply reporting and coordination with the FDA on 600+ Pfizer Hospital products

  • Manage Bi-weekly reporting to the FDA

  • Responsible for maintaining source data layer that feeds CDW for all customer facing tools including competitive mapping of 600+ products in RDM.

  • Integrate all customer engagement data into a single view to understand Pfizer HBU engagement strategy.

  • Responsible for operational support and ongoing improvements for Sales Reporting (MicroStrategy, SMART, Tabelau) and SFA platforms (Veeva) and lead cross functional release schedules.

  • Maintain IC product lists.

  • Develop training, communication and support plans that influence adoption of field efficiency tools.

  • Work with a cross functional group that includes commercial operations and business technology to develop an appropriate data stream of engagement activities from agencies, vendors, social media streams etc.

  • Take complex, disparate, financial, and operational data and translate them into simple-to-use analytical models to aid customers in understanding and evaluating the benefits of Pfizer’s programs, contract offerings and speed adoption, uptake.

  • Develop a multi-factorial view of product opportunity as a function of supply, contracting, affiliation, site of care to prioritize resources and plans based on preidentified opportunity.

  • Partner with real world data teams to proactively utilize patient data to understand shifts in treatment patterns as products go in and out of supply.

  • Lead and manage critical data initiatives with CDW for the Hospital BU

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • BA/BS Degree required with 6+ years of experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales

  • Process Improvement: help identify BU processes for improvement and associated metrics.

  • Strategic insight on business plans and critical decisions

  • Ability to lead matrix teams; ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders; influence/negotiation skills and relationship management.

  • Strong project and process management skills while working in a highly matrixed and political environment, while exhibiting extreme emotional intelligence

  • Process Improvement: help identify BU processes for improvement and associated metrics.

  • Strong project and process management skills

  • Sterile Injectables business knowledge

  • Minimum of 7 Years of experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales

Nice-to-Have

  • Operations experience preferred

  • District Business Manager Experience, or other transitioning from another qualified/similar plus one position.
