About the Role:

The Organization Design Analyst will be responsible for assisting the Pyrovio consulting team and client organizations in optimizing their structures, processes, and people to improve performance and achieve business goals. The role requires a background in industrial organizational psychology, organizational design, change management, instructional design, talent management, or a closely related field. The Organization Design Analyst will work with clients to assess their current organizational structure, identify areas for improvement, develop and implement effective solutions, and ensure successful adoption of new processes.

The Organization Design Analyst will work with a diverse range of clients and projects, requiring flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and problem-solver, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality results, building strong relationships with clients, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • In general, the Organizational Design Analyst will perform the following job responsibilities in addition to others as required for each project:
  • Support in conducting assessments of current organizational structures, processes, and culture to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Help develop and implement solutions that optimize organizational design, including changes to roles and responsibilities, reporting structures, and decision-making processes.
  • Aid in the design and implementation of change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new organizational structures and processes.
  • Develop project plans and help manage projects to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions centered on organizational design, leadership development, skills and competencies, internal communication strategies, and other topics depending on client needs.
  • Provide information and resources to guide critical organizational decisions.
    Collaborate cross-functionally internally and externally to align the organization's structure with business objectives.
    Keep informed of best practices and industry trends in organization design, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
    Support other team members in providing key deliverables to the client.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial organizational psychology, organizational development and design, training and development, human resources, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in organizational design, change management, instructional design, leadership development, and/or consulting.
  • Knowledge of best practices in organization design, change management, and HR policies and procedures.
  • Certification in change management, instructional design, or organization design is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and thorough ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop creative solutions in ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
