Your role

The Digital Strategy & Acceleration team is at the forefront of Saab’s digital transformation, driving innovation with a strong focus on delivery speed, adaptability, and long-term business value.

In this role, you’ll support the ongoing development and execution of Saab’s digital strategy. Working closely with senior colleagues and cross-functional teams, you’ll contribute to strategic analysis, roadmap development and the design of governance models that bring clarity, insight, and measurable progress across the transformation journey.

You’ll also help maintain high-quality strategy documentation, tailored to different audiences, and support communication efforts across the organisation. With your ability to handle data, translate insights into clear materials, and move fluidly between details and the bigger picture, you will help ensure momentum and alignment in a complex, fast-evolving landscape.

Location is flexible and can be decided upon agreement.

Your profile

We’re looking for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a natural curiosity for how digital technologies can shape and improve complex organisations. You’re comfortable using modern digital tools and have experience conducting structured analyses that support strategic decision-making. You take initiative, adapt quickly, and thrive when working collaboratively across functions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, science, business development, finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience, including 2–3 years focused on Digital Strategy, Product Management, or Transformation Management within a Strategy & Transformation function in a larger organisation or in a leading management consulting firm.
• Proven exposure to digitally driven transformations, with emphasis on strategy design, roadmap development, and value realisation tracking.
• Industry experience in engineered products and/or the defense sector is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to structure and carry out strategic analyses that help shape and strengthen both current and future digital strategies.
• Experience in designing & maintaining digital transformation roadmaps and implementing governance and follow-up structures to ensure delivery against business outcomes.
• Extensive expertise in quantitative and qualitative data analysis and strategy documentation using fit-for-purpose tools.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
