We’re seeking a SuccessFactors Project Manager to support a key client project. This is a senior-level contract role for someone with a proven track record in SAP SuccessFactors delivery — not a step-up opportunity. You’ll take ownership of project planning and execution, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring delivery of high-quality business outcomes.

This is a part-time contract position. The role is based in Melbourne, with flexible work arrangements and remote work available within Melbourne only. Some on-site presence will be required for key project milestones such as workshops, testing, or go-lives.

What you’ll be doing

Manage the end-to-end delivery of the SAP SuccessFactors implementation
Lead project planning, status reporting, risk management, and governance
Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
Oversee testing, change management, and cutover planning
Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and client business objectives

Strong project management experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects on a part-time basis
Excellent stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and communication skills
Experience working within client delivery environments
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA landscapes a plus
