🎬 About the Role

Are you an Instructional Designer who thrives on creative problem-solving and storytelling—and loves building learning experiences that feel more like YouTube Shorts than corporate eLearning?

We're looking for a customer-obsessed, outside-the-box thinker to develop performance-driven training for customer support teams. You’ll join a forward-thinking L&D group that blends AI, microlearning, and interactive design to produce training learners actually want to engage with.

You’ll work with coaching-oriented leads who value flexibility, creativity, and comfort with ambiguity. Your mission: turn product and soft skills training (empathy, clarity, process management) into short-form, high-impact learning using tools like Synthesia, 7Taps, and Articulate 360.

🎯 What You’ll Do

  • Design full learning journeys using microlearning, gamification, and real-world scenarios
  • Collaborate with project leads and SMEs to turn complex ideas into engaging, learner-friendly content
  • Build simulations and AI-powered content using Storyline, Synthesia, and 7Taps
  • Use prompt engineering to generate scripts, assessments, and job aids
  • Review and refine existing training to improve clarity, retention, and engagement
  • Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects
  • Simplify executive-level content into clear, digestible learning assets

🔍 What We’re Looking For

  • 3–15+ years of Instructional Design experience (open on experience level)
  • Advanced Articulate Storyline skills (layers, triggers, xAPI, JavaScript functions)
  • Ability to create short-form learning (under 3 minutes) that’s clear, sharp, and impactful
  • Confidence in ambiguous environments with tight timelines
  • Bonus if you’ve created TikToks, Reels, or Shorts
  • Strong stakeholder communication and project ownership
  • No advanced degree required—we value curiosity, creativity, and results

✅ You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Can

  • Share your favorite innovative learning project and what made it stand out
  • Work with stakeholders even when goals are unclear
  • Build training content from scratch without predefined objectives
  • Deliver high-quality content under time pressure (24-hour turnarounds)
  • Use Synthesia and similar tools in your creative workflow
  • Build dynamic, layered Storyline modules with xAPI integration

🌟 Why This Role Stands Out

  • Work at the forefront of AI + learning design
