Receptionist

We’re currently seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our firm. This role is more than just answering phones — it's an opportunity to set the tone for client interactions, support a dedicated legal team, and be an essential part of a well-established practice known for compassion and excellence.

Job Duties

• Greet clients, vendors, visitors, and great customers services.
• Answering multiple incoming phone calls from clients and route to case manager, attorneys and/or management.
• Processing incoming mail including medical records and legal documents.
• Writing and processing documents to be mailed out.
• Must be able to successfully multi-task.

Qualifications

• Must be Bilingual (English - Spanish).
• Exemplary tenure with previous employers.
• Must pass a pre-employment screening.
• The candidate must have 1-year of experience as a receptionist.
• Great customer service.
• Have excellent phone and people skills.
• Must have attention to detail and good time management.
• Must be a team player and work well with others.
• Must be professional at all times, work well under pressure, and be able to multitask.
  
  

Salary & Benefits

• Hourly Rate rate between 15.00 and 20.00 -(DOE).
• 1 week paid vacation after 6 months.
• 2 weeks paid vacation after one year.
• 3 weeks of paid vacation after two years.
• 6 paid personal/sick days per year.
• 6 federal holidays off per year.
• $50,000 life insurance policy paid by the firm.
• Health insurance (4 different options to choose from including a Health Saving Account – HAS) basic packet health insurance paid in full by the firm.
