Let’s talk about this role
This is 12 month Fixed Term Contract as a Data Entry Officer.
In this role, you are responsible for providing outstanding customer service through ensuring the health of nib’s customer policies. This is done through effective, efficient and accurate processing of policyholder information.
It is also responsible for ensuring compliance to legislative requirements, specifically Lifetime Health Cover and Australian Government Rebate.
Specifically you will:
Process customer documentation, including policy cancellations and member detail updates for transfers
Resolve failed processes and manually onboard members when inaccurate information has been provided.
Let’s talk about you
You consider yourself a motivated self-starter with experience in a similar data entry role. You’ll need to be comfortable with repetitive tasks, as you'll be performing the same process over and over with accuracy and consistency.
You will be able to think outside the box with complex scenario’s and determine what legislation applies and when. You’re savvy with technology and eager to investigate why the system is coming up with errors and problem solve to fix it.
Furthermore, we’re looking for:
Ability to learn relevant funds rules for all nib groups
Ability to document procedures against work activities
Ability to learn all services covered under nib products
Ability to achieve results in a high pressure environment
Ability to challenge the status quo and clearly voice solutions to issues
Deliver a high standard of customer service to both internal and external customers politely and courteously
