Position Summary
Position Summary:Â The Project Coordinator is the communication hub for all assigned team activities pertinent to specific accounts or projects. The Coordinator aids in the development of projects, by providing services/documents and order flow through project management field and administrative support.
Responsibilities:Â
Prepares status reports and communicates regularly with all parties regarding project status and/or changes; including internal team, clients, general contractors, construction managers, architects, and vendors
Enters quotes, orders, and tickets into proprietary software
Effectively handles a variety of inquiries on product, ticket or project information and pricing
Aids Project Planner and Project Management to functional team, through field support, site verification, and all essential communication needs to fulfill client contracts
Ensures proper order closeout (includes invoicing, AR/AP issues
Maintains electronic files in appropriate team drives / project files
Qualifications
Education/Experience
Associate's Degree from accredited college
Two or more years related experience and/or training
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects amid changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong ability to identify business issues, formulate plans to resolve these issues, and effectively communicate the results to project planners
Knowledge of Smartsheet, Google Sheets, Asana and PlanGrid software a plus
