The Product Manager will be a key member of the Product team. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our product(s), including strategy, roadmap, feature definition, and execution. Your role will serve as the bridge between our behavioral health and/or absence management operations, sales, customer success, and technology teams, ensuring that we deliver best-in-class solutions that meet user needs and drive business outcomes. Primary Responsibilities
Product thought leader on your business unit including strategy, requirements, prioritization, and the roadmap
Own and manage the product backlog including writing stories, mitigating risk, prioritizing effectively, and unblocking the team
Synthesize market needs into product requirements and drive alignment with leadership on prioritization for the roadmap
Lead workshops and other cross functional exercises to explore product opportunities
Own the product roadmap for your business unit and execute with cross functional teams to deliver on it
Articulate a compelling product vision and inspire cross-functional teams to rally around it
Enable customer-facing teams with product knowledge and direction
Engage with customers and lending product thought leadership in support of further product development, customer success, and BD activities
Enable highest leverage work for yourself and others
Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
2+ years of experience in product management
Deep technical acumen and demonstrated ability partnering with Engineering
Experience writing detailed stories, managing and prioritizing backlog health, and delivering with cross functional teams
Analytical and data driven approach to problem solving
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Ability to drive initiatives forward with influence and a collaborative working style
