Job Summary

The Product Manager will be a key member of the Product team. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our product(s), including strategy, roadmap, feature definition, and execution. Your role will serve as the bridge between our behavioral health and/or absence management operations, sales, customer success, and technology teams, ensuring that we deliver best-in-class solutions that meet user needs and drive business outcomes. This position reports to the Product Lead.

Primary Responsibilities

• Product thought leader on your business unit including strategy, requirements, prioritization, and the roadmap
• Own and manage the product backlog including writing stories, mitigating risk, prioritizing effectively, and unblocking the team
• Synthesize market needs into product requirements and drive alignment with leadership on prioritization for the roadmap
• Lead workshops and other cross functional exercises to explore product opportunities
• Own the product roadmap for your business unit and execute with cross functional teams to deliver on it
• Articulate a compelling product vision and inspire cross-functional teams to rally around it
• Enable customer-facing teams with product knowledge and direction
• Engage with customers and lending product thought leadership in support of further product development, customer success, and BD activities
• Enable highest leverage work for yourself and others

Job Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product management
• Deep technical acumen and demonstrated ability partnering with Engineering
• Experience writing detailed stories, managing and prioritizing backlog health, and delivering with cross functional teams
• Analytical and data driven approach to problem solving
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Ability to drive initiatives forward with influence and a collaborative working style
