Job description

Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with experience in the restoration industry. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data entry, Microsoft Excel and have good multi-tasking skills. The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our accounting team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable
  • Assist in the collections process.
  • Maintain and update records in DASH software.
  • Assist with onboarding and some HR tasks.
  • Assist with invoicing.
  • Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for various tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Dash/Sage software is a plus.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.

Work Hours

Full-time position

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Salary: $20-$25 per hour (depending on experience)
