Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 annually depending on experience.

Job Description
The Junior Analyst position’s primary duty is to provide accurate and timely sales commission schedules as a component of the Payroll process. supports the senior analyst and management by collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations. They will assist in report creation, research, and problem-solving. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are keys to success in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conducting research to support business decisions and identify areas for improvement
- Gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data using various tools and techniques
- Providing recommendations based on data analysis to improve business operations and strategies
- Calculate monthly Sales Commissions
- Working with senior analysts and other stakeholders to provide data-driven insights
- Conducting research to support business decisions and identify areas for improvement
- Communicate insights that translate into initiatives to drive growth and improved business performance
- Support the budgeting/forecasting process for the Company
- Develop ad hoc business analysis and present recommendations to the senior analyst
- Support and participate in cross-functional business meetings regarding forecast and budget rollouts and updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business required
- 2 - 3 years of experience as a financial analyst or a similar role
- Base level of proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- ERP/CPM/Visualization Tool experience required: Workday Adaptive Planning and PowerBI experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, generate alternatives and clearly communicate salient findings to diverse audiences to drive positive change
- Ability to challenge current strategies or objectives and propose alternative recommendations, as necessary
- Functional understanding of US GAAP and how it applies to financial planning and analysis
- Ability to quickly distill complex findings and concepts into key data points and visualizations
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to prioritize assignments and work effectively under time constraints
