I’m helping The Clark Team find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Customer Service Representative.


You'll deliver exceptional client support, managing inquiries, scheduling, and administrative tasks.


Compensation:

USD 68K - 168K/year

What makes you a strong candidate:

  • You are proficient in Email management, CRM tools.
  • You have +3 years experience in Customer service.
  • English - Fully fluent

Key responsibilities:


* Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

* Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly responses to questions about listings, appointments, and services.

* Schedule property showings, coordinate with agents, and assist with calendar management.

* Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing documents, updating CRM systems, and maintaining records.

* Resolve client concerns or route them appropriately to ensure swift resolution.

* Monitor and respond to online inquiries and maintain a professional tone across platforms.

* Contribute to a welcoming and efficient office environment.


Qualifications:


* 1–3 years of customer service experience (real estate or administrative experience is a plus).

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Comfortable with technology, including CRM platforms, email, and scheduling tools.

* Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for helping people.

* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
