Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help bring our events to life. As an Assistant Event Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the planning, execution, and oversight of various events ranging from corporate functions to exciting social gatherings.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to completion.
  • Manage vendor relationships and assist with contract negotiations.
  • Coordinate logistics including catering, transportation, and accommodations.
  • Prepare event materials, including invitations, programs, and signage.
  • Assist in the on-site management of events to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor event budgets and track expenses to ensure adherence to financial guidelines.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with event management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
