Lead AI Engineer - Enterprise Data Automation

We are building a powerful AI-driven platform that automates complex data migration and cleansing processes for enterprise ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, and Infor. Our mission is to replace error-prone, manual work with intelligent automation that accelerates enterprise transformation.

Were looking for a hands-on Lead AI Engineer to take ownership of the intelligence layer of our platform. Youll design and deploy practical, production-grade models that detect data quality issues, interpret business rules from natural language, and generate SQL at scale helping global enterprises modernize their ERP data landscapes.

This is a high-impact, applied AI role ideal for someone with deep experience in ML/NLP whos passionate about building solutions that work in real-world enterprise data environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement AI/ML models for:
- Data profiling, quality scoring, and duplicate detection
- Natural language interpretation of business rules
- LLM-powered SQL/business rule generation

Build and optimize prompt engineering pipelines for structured data transformation tasks
Develop robust, scalable APIs to expose AI features to internal teams and clients
Ensure explainability, traceability, and version control of model outputs in production
Define the AI/ML architecture to support rapid iteration, feedback loops, and observability
Collaborate across product, backend, and data engineering to embed intelligence into end-user workflows

Hard Skills Required

5+ years in AI/ML engineering, with proven experience on structured enterprise data
Strong Python skills; hands-on with LangChain, Transformers, SpaCy, and other NLP libraries
Experience with LLMs, prompt tuning, and deploying models using FastAPI, Flask, or similar
Solid grasp of SQL, data cleansing, profiling, and quality metrics
Experience building explainable ML systems that integrate with production pipelines

LLM-based systems capable of generating SQL queries within Enterprise Application ecosystems, such as SAP or Oracle Fusion ERP

Candidates should bring AI expertise aligned with real-world challenges in enterprise data migration and transformation, rather than general AI research or unrelated NLP domains.
