As part of the Anthology Global Proposal Management (GPM) team, you will be a key player in supporting the business's growth by managing all aspects of proposal development. This highly networked role requires working under pressure and meeting challenging deadlines. The Proposal Manager will support our Global Markets teams by managing high-quality proposals to maximize customer retention and win new business. This person will be a key leader who motivates and coordinates company stakeholders to produce strategic proposal responses.
This is an established role within the team where you will hit the ground running. Agility and flexibility are key skills, as is proven experience working with multiple geographically located teams. You will predominantly work on higher value and more complex proposals with the ability to exercise discretion, independent judgment, and decision-making.

Pay Range is $79,000 - $118,000/year depending upon experience. We use national and industry-specific survey data to assist in determining compensation. Additionally, we consider factors such as external market rate, budget for the role, and the compensation rates of current employees performing the same function. Some roles will have variable pay.
