3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar role.

● Exposure to franchise operations, quality assurance, or compliance preferred. ● Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. ● Experience in SOP development and documentation. ● Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and modern project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar)..

Core responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative assistance to the executive team, including calendar management, email coordination, travel bookings, and meeting preparations. ● Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications as needed. ● Assist in project coordination and follow-ups across various departments. ● Conduct regular franchise compliance and quality checks in line with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). ● Audit and report on franchisee adherence to brand, operational, and service standards. ● Flag issues and work closely with relevant teams to address and resolve non-compliance. ● Review, refine, and document existing SOPs related to franchisee support and compliance. ● Develop new Offshore SOPs to support the setup of a structured offshore franchise support and compliance function. ● Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements to enhance franchisee experience and consistency.
