2.5+ years proven bookkeeping experience with knowledge of principles and software proficiency.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate data entry and record-keeping.

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively.

Knowledge of payroll processing, tax laws, and ethical handling of financial information.

Strong English communication skills, certification a plus.

Core responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records, including AP, AR, and general ledger entries.

Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.

Calculate and process employee payroll, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Prepare financial statements, invoices and reports, assist with audits, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
