Program Manager – Drive Strategic Projects in a Nordic and International Insurance Company

Are you a structured and driven Program Manager ready to take on a key role in a growing Nordic insurance company? We are looking for a talented professional to lead and coordinate strategic projects across our newly merged Nordic organization.

About the Role

As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering cross-functional projects that support our growth strategy and help shape our new Nordic operating model. You will work closely with stakeholders in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway—ensuring alignment, collaboration, and successful execution of our transformation agenda. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working at the intersection of business strategy, operations, and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex programs and projects across the Nordic region
• Ensure clear scope, planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments and geographies
• Provide transparency through reporting and strong communication
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and interconnections between projects
• Support the business in realizing synergies from our recent merger
• Contribute to building a strong Nordic collaboration culture
• Support the development of project management capabilities

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in program or project management in complex organizations
• At least 5-10 years experience working as a Project/Program Manager
• Proven experience in delivery of complex IT projects
• Background from the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Strong ability to navigate in a matrix and cross-border environment
• Experience working across multiple countries esp. in the Nordics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Structured, proactive, and results-oriented
• Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language
