Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Management Responsibilities:
    • Oversee end-to-end production of smaller projects.
    • Manage client communication and expectations via structured processes.
    • Create accurate estimates based on templated costing/descriptions/timings.
    • Brief and manage resources, providing QA/testing feedback.
    • Maintain internal platforms and documentation as jobs progress.
    • Populate content and optimize assets for CMS implementation.

    Front-End Development Responsibilities:
    • Implement designs using HTML, modern CSS, and JavaScript.
    • Develop and implement marketing assets for platforms including SFMC, Mailchimp, and Campaign Monitor.
    • Update HTML emails and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
    • Perform QA and testing for websites, landing pages, and emails.
    • Assist with larger website projects focusing on UI and styling.

    Essential Skills
    • Strong HTML, modern CSS, and JavaScript proficiency
    • Experience with SCSS/Tailwind CSS and responsive development
    • Familiarity with Figma design tools
    • Cross-browser development and testing experience
    • Eye for visual consistency and UX best practices
    • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor)
    • Proficiency with CMS platforms and PM tools like Trello
    • Ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and scope
