Per Diem Registered Nurse – Float Pool (Med-Surg/Telemetry)

N urses that join the per diem pool, at minimum must be available for at least one shift every other week

Richmond University Medical Center is currently seeking experienced and adaptable Per Diem Registered Nurses to join our Float Pool for the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry (MST) units at our main campus. This position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-acuity environment while supporting various units based on patient care needs.

Position Summary:

Per diem Float Pool RNs provide bedside care across multiple MST units and are expected to deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing practice. Assignments may vary daily, and candidates must be comfortable floating within their scope of competency.
