The Project Coordinator will assist team leads, project managers, and the broader project team in planning, coordinating, and executing the delivery of core project components.
This role supports documentation, scheduling, stakeholder engagement, change management, and operational tasks across projects.
Requirement/Must Have:
7+ years of experience in providing project coordination services.
Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile).
Experience leading project documentation deliverables and reports.
Experience with stakeholder relationship management.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with multiple teams to gather updates and maintain project budgeting, progress reports, action items, and risk updates.
Provide updates to project managers, escalate issues, identify risks, and manage project documentation.
Schedule and support meetings among stakeholders.
Monitor and maintain the project documentation repository.
Support procurement and vendor management processes.
Assist with change management requests and release planning.
Support implementation and manage service request tickets.
Coordinate communications and scheduling for service integration and solution development.
Build and maintain relationships with partners and address issues on behalf of SMEs
Support onboarding and integration of new client applications.
Assist with the creation of schedules, plans, minutes, logs, and trackers.
Monitor and communicate project deliverables and challenges to stakeholders.
Initiate, track, and coordinate operational and change requests.
Assist in managing project risks, issues, and changes under guidance.
Should have:
Understanding of project management concepts and tools.
Experience in change and request management.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Skills:
Customer service and client relationship management skills (preferred).
Understanding of software development lifecycle (preferred).
Familiarity with IAA (Identification, Authentication, Authorization) concepts (preferred).
