Position Responsibilities
The Human Resources Associate/Front Desk Receptionist is at the forefront of our center of excellence and provides outstanding customer service to the department’s visitors, employees, and vendors as needed. This role greets and welcomes guests, tends to their questions and issues, helps direct traffic accordingly and assists in department projects as needed. Some other responsibilities include:
Answers general questions related to HR such as change of status forms, direct deposit enrollment, benefits, recruitment, worker’s compensation, employee relations, etc.
Triage visitors, gather necessary information, provides assistance when possible and direct to appropriate contact if needed.
Receives HR forms, evaluates for accuracy and directs to the appropriate point of contact.
Welcomes new hires and assists with general questions and issues. Direct onboarding issues to the Onboarding team.
Assists employees in completing internal transfer applications and with general inquiries. Direct specific issues to TA team.
Answers the HR main line and provides support to callers; triages and transfers calls as needed.
Receives mail and directs to appropriate area.
Provides data entry support as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related desired.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
1 year of experience in front desk or similar environment required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
