JOB SUMMARY: Oversee and assist in all areas of operation within the Human Resources Department.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contact applicants and set up departmental interviews.
Participate in all on-boarding tasks.
Assist with Payroll.
Counsel employees from other departments on grooming and uniform standards, resolve policy violations.
Clerical duties include filing, answering phones, copying, faxing, data entry, and others as assigned.
Make badges, issue uniforms, and maintain uniform inventory.
Navigate Employees through the on-boarding process and assure that all forms have been properly completed.
Plan and assist at employee events.
Responsible for auditing time records for accuracy and compliance.
Intake/addressing employee questions/concerns, or gathering initial information and escalating as appropriate.
Keep office and lobby area clean and tidy.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must possess oral and written English skills and be able to communicate with Guests and fellow Employees effectively.
Must have exceptional customer service skill and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Must be able to multi-task and handle multiple Employee issues in a stressful and fast paced environment.
Must be able to speak comfortably in front of large groups if needed or required to conduct orientation and training.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous front office experience is helpful.
Must be able to work evenings, holidays and weekends.
Available to work evenings during Employee parties and events.
High attention to detail.
Ability to uphold confidentiality standards.
Must be able to work alone and unsupervised at times.
May be required to work in various weather conditions.
