Job description

Description

Peak Support, an outsourcing firm serving some of today’s most innovative companies, is seeking a content marketing manager to join our team.

The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and measuring the performance of content initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a strong blend of creative writing skills and analytical expertise, with a particular focus on crafting high-quality content and leveraging UTM parameters to track performance across channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, skilled communicator, and data-savvy professional passionate about delivering measurable results.

Peak Support manages customer service and back-office teams for high-growth companies. Founded in 2015, we are a 4x Inc. 5000 company and a Certified Great Place to Work, with 2,000 team members in the Philippines, Colombia, Eastern Europe, and the U.S.

Why Peak Support?

If you want to work for high-growth companies, Peak Support is the place to be. Our clients range from early-stage startups with fewer than five employees to unicorns with valuations well over $1 billion to old-line companies re-imagining themselves. We have been profitable from day one and we are proud that in our first five years, we grew entirely through client referrals.

We are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients AND an exceptional work environment for our team members. We don’t do this with ping pong tables or video games. We do it by creating a positive, encouraging and performance-driven culture that enables our team members to build rewarding, long-term careers.

Peak Support is actively working to create a diverse, equitable and inclusive company. Applicants will be considered without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, disability, sexual orientation, national origin, age, or veteran status.

Work from Home PLUS

Peak Support offers all the convenience of working from home, with the benefits of working for an established organization with an exceptional team and tremendous opportunities for growth.

While we recently opened our first in-person office, many of our roles—including this one—remain fully remote. We have built a strong culture and set of processes to support the success of our remote team members. We also value in-person connections and, when possible, organize opportunities for team members to meet and build relationships offline. We believe that building offline relationships is critical to successful online work.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Write engaging, high-quality content tailored to target audiences, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts, email campaigns, and website copy.
  • Develop content that aligns with brand voice, SEO best practices, and marketing objectives (e.g., lead generation, customer retention).
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to create multimedia content (e.g., infographics, videos, or interactive assets).
  • Adapt content for various channels, ensuring consistency and optimization for each platform (e.g., LinkedIn posts, email newsletters, landing pages).
  • Optimize bottom of funnel web pages for conversions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to produce timely, relevant, and thought-leadership content.

Content Performance Tracking and Optimization:

  • Create and implement UTM parameters for all content campaigns to track performance across channels (e.g., email, social media, paid ads, organic search).
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms to measure KPIs such as click-through rates, engagement, conversions, and attribution.
  • Generate detailed reports on content performance, identifying trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
  • Optimize content strategies based on data insights, adjusting messaging, formats, or distribution channels to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on content elements (e.g., headlines, CTAs) to improve performance.

Content Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent, timely delivery of content across all channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align content with campaign goals and customer journey stages.
  • Identify content gaps and opportunities through audience research and competitive analysis.
  • Support SEO initiatives by incorporating keyword strategies and optimizing content for search visibility.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with paid media teams to integrate UTM tracking into advertising campaigns.
  • Partner with social media and email marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and tracking.
  • Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., freelancers, agencies) for content production or analytics support as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in content marketing, with a proven track record of creating high-performing content.
  • Expertise in UTM Parameters: Demonstrated ability to create, implement, and analyze UTM parameters for tracking content performance across digital channels.
  • Writing Proficiency: Exceptional writing and editing skills, with experience crafting content for diverse formats (blogs, emails, social posts, whitepapers) and audiences.
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) and proficiency in interpreting data to drive decisions.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, etc.).
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hubspot, etc.) and familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) a plus. Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA is a plus
