Job description

Our partner is a multinational company, which provides IT infrastructure solutions.

Here is your chance to join their team as French Speaking Customer Service Specialist.

 

In this position, you’ll be responsible for managing product catalogues and pricing data – both standardized and customer-specific – within a structured, process-oriented environment. You’ll be working closely with partner teams and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across pricing schemas and product information.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation and upkeep of product catalogues and associated pricing structures
  • Execution of data updates and mass maintenance tasks based on approved requests
  • Coordination with partner management teams for price benchmarking input
  • Handling incoming requests for catalogue or pricing changes
  • Communicating status updates to stakeholders and request initiators
  • Supporting review processes and responding to escalations where fast action is needed
  • Conducting logic checks on global data fields to ensure data integrity
  • Maintaining customer-specific price lists in line with business requirements
  • Collaborating with colleagues to enhance data accuracy and process efficiency
  • Proactively identifying issues or opportunities and escalating as appropriate

 



Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable working in a structured, data-heavy role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a punctual and methodical working style
  • Effective communicator, especially in written channels
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote/international team setup

 

  • Prior experience in global teams or shared services environments is a strong advantage
