Description

 Digital Media Solutions (DMS) is seeking a highly creative, strategic and forward-thinking Manager, Brand, Social & AI-Enhanced Strategy to lead the evolution of our brand across social platforms and accelerate the integration of AI into our creative and marketing workflows. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will help shape the brand identity of DMS, manage its social media presence and drive innovation by leveraging emerging technologies to scale performance and storytelling. You’ll lead our presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Threads and YouTube while creating content that aligns with business priorities. A passion for design, social trends and applied AI is essential, along with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, B2B environment.


COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: The anticipated annual salary for individuals interested in this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually. Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on work experience, education and/or skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Explore and apply AI tools to enhance visual design, content production and social campaign efficiency across the marketing ecosystem.
  • Monitor AI trends in design and marketing, sharing insights and opportunities with the broader team to inform strategy and inspire experimentation.
  • Research emerging AI tools and implement bots/AI agents for marketing automation.
  • Track campaign performance and analyze data using AI tools.
  • Own and execute the DMS social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms, with a focus on B2B growth, thought leadership and performance marketing.
  • Design and produce engaging visual content, including carousels, infographics, short-form videos and animated graphics.
  • Create branded sales materials and executive presentations that communicate complex ideas with clarity and visual impact.
  • Support internal communications with visually compelling content for all-hands meetings and town halls.
  • Maintain and evolve brand identity across platforms, ensuring consistency while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Analyze performance of social campaigns and creative assets to inform strategic direction and content improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales and executive stakeholders to translate priorities into compelling, high-performing content.
  • Manage digital assets and maintain branded templates in Canva and Google Workspace.
Requirements

  Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in social media strategy and visual design, ideally in a B2B or performance marketing setting.
  • Demonstrated experience incorporating AI design tools or content generation platforms into your creative process.
  • Experience building bots and automation using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Gemini, etc.
  • Ability to evaluate and test new AI tools for creative and marketing use cases, with an understanding of their strengths, limitations and ethical considerations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of design best practices and social content formats, with fluency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or After Effects) and Google Workspace.
  • Proven success creating LinkedIn-first campaigns, short-form videos and engaging visual content for B2B audiences.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools like Hootsuite (or similar).
  • Strong storytelling ability, with a balance of creative and strategic thinking.
  • Experience designing decks for internal and external use (PowerPoint and Google Slides).
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work East Coast hours; minimal domestic travel possible.
