Are you detail-oriented, fluent in creator culture, and energized by helping brands show up authentically in the sports and entertainment space?


We are looking for an Influencer Account Coordinator to support our team on influencer-driven campaigns for major clients. This is a part-time independent contractor role with a flexible schedule and project-based workload. In this position, you will support the full influencer activation process, including research, outreach, negotiations, briefing, content review, and post scheduling. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and creators to ensure flawless execution and white-glove client service.


This is a part-time hourly role with a flexible schedule. Availability for evening and weekend work may be required depending on campaign needs.


Client and Influencer Coordination

  • Research and vet influencers and creators that align with campaign goals and reach key target audiences
  • Draft and send outreach emails, manage communications, and negotiate rates
  • Brief influencers and oversee the creative development process through to post scheduling and quality assurance
  • Monitor live posts to ensure timely and high-quality execution

Project Management

  • Maintain updated status documents, folders, and campaign trackers
  • Share regular progress updates with internal teams and the Influencer Lead
  • Assist with the creation of influencer briefs, recap materials, and new business decks
  • Manage time-sensitive tasks and maintain clear documentation across campaigns

Client Service and Team Support

  • Provide inbox coverage on weekends and holidays as needed to ensure consistent client service
  • Maintain client-facing deliverables such as call decks, calendars, and trackers
  • Contribute to process improvements and support internal systems and workflows
  • Participate in bi-weekly check-ins and monthly audits with your manager

Compensation
This role is compensated at $25 to $50 per hour, depending on location, experience, and skill alignment. Pay is determined based on internal equity and market benchmarks.

  • Proven track record of successfully working in the influencer space
  • Keen eye for strong social media content
  • Ability to evaluate talent based on client guidelines
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and eagerness to offer best-in-class service
  • Adept understanding of current social media features, trends, and best practices
  • Proficient in Google Suite and project management tools
  • In-depth sports, entertainment, and pop culture knowledge

Preferred

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in influencer management or sourcing
Salary Description
$25 - $50 /hour
