We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and promoting the public image of our organization. As a Public Relations Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective communication strategies that enhance our brand reputation and engage our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement public relations strategies and campaigns to enhance the organization’s image.
Draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other communication materials to promote events and initiatives.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and media outlets to secure coverage for the organization.
Monitor media coverage and prepare reports to analyze the effectiveness of PR strategies and campaigns.
Assist in organizing and promoting events, including press conferences, community events, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and create engaging content for various communication channels.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Proven experience in public relations, communications, or a similar role is preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with media professionals and community partners.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital communication tools for promotion.
