This position is responsible for learning several aspects of our business including customer service, permitting, project management as well as system administration for our integrated computer system.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (performs other duties as assigned)
Work with Senior Builders and corporate office to be trained on KOVA system.
Participate in Customer Service follow up with homeowners according to company program.
Assist in and observe inspections and meetings while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Work with Builders and other departments as necessary to resolve problems and coordinate activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with other members of the Production team, customers/clients, and trade partners. Where required, monitor work performance of Punch/Merchandising personnel and/or trade partners. Report both positive and constructive feedback to Area Production Manager.
