What You'll Do
Provides, coordinates, and monitors a variety of direct care activities for clients in an emergency group home setting, coordinating and monitoring various direct care activities for clients in residential and group home settings, ensuring adherence to the model for consistent and appropriate therapeutic activities, clinical interventions, staffing, and treatment planning. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and ensuring the residential facilities are well-maintained.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
High school diploma is required.
B.A./B.S. in a related human service field is preferred.
Four years of experience in Mental Health is preferred.
Ability to solve practical problems and address various concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
