Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end program management for automation projects, ensuring alignment with Navy FM&C strategic goals

  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure integration of RPA solutions with existing systems and data platforms (e.g., Palantir)
  • Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity, data governance, and audit standards
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders through dashboards, briefings, and reports
  • Lead and attend meetings and program reviews, assist with compiling presentations, written materials, and/or electronic communications as required
  • Assist in managing contract deliverables and processes
  • Travel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or MBC’s clients. These requirements are subject to change without advance notice at the discretion of MBC and MBC’s clients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in IT program or project management, with at least 3 years in automation or RPA environments
  • Proven experience managing Agile or SAFe projects (certification preferred: SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP, or equivalent)
  • Proven track record of delivering projects using agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) with tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps for project management
  • Familiarity with UiPath or similar RPA platforms
  • Familiarity with MS Power Automate and other Power Apps
  • Experience with Palantir or similar data integration platforms
  • Working knowledge Python, C#, JavaScript, and VB.NET for scripting, custom bot development, and integration with RPA tools
  • Expertise in process mining
  • Familiarity with document understanding, OCR, and AI/ML integration in automation workflows
  • Experience with DoD and Navy financial systems
  • Strong understanding of federal financial management and audit processes
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Preferred certifications include UiPath Advanced RPA Developer, Automation Anywhere Certified Master RPA Professional, Blue Prism Developer Certification, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect
