MECM Specialist

• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
  
• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
  
• Administer and maintain the MECM environment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
  
• Deploy software packages, updates, and patches using MECM
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software distribution, system performance, and MECM functionality
  
• Perform regular system maintenance, including updates and security patches
  
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of MECM configurations, processes, and changes
  
• Collaborate with other IT teams to support integration efforts and enhance system functionality
  
• Provide guidance on industry best practices and emerging technologies in endpoint management
  
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
  
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Azure environments
  
• Proficient in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
  
• Strong scripting skills using PowerShell and VBScript
  
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  
• Effective communicator with the ability to work well within a collaborative team environment
