Job description

• Prepare, file, and manage documentation related to building operations, including taxes, code violations, and insurance requirements.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of
lease agreements, including renewal schedules and key deadlines.
• Provide general administrative support to the property management team, including data entry, document organization, and communication with relevant stakeholders.
• Assist with compliance tracking and ensuring all property-related records are current and properly archived.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support day-to-day operations across multiple properties.
